Jasmine Hawken MSW, RSW ,
Jasmine received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Regina in 2000. She completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University in 2007. She is a registered member of the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers.
For the past 15 years, Jasmine has helped individuals and couples ease emotional pain and find paths to healing. She feels it is an honour and a privilege to accompany a person on their journey towards insight, self-awareness and positive change.
Jasmine’s areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, eating disorders – particularly emotional eating and binge eating disorders, body image, grief and loss, abuse, work stress and relationship issues. Jasmine is also a licensed Craving Change facilitator – a group for people with problematic eating behaviours. As well, Jasmine is continually pursuing opportunities to expand her knowledge base through courses, workshops, and personal research.
Jan Patrick RN, BScN, CPA Registered Clinical Counsellor ,
Jan has been in the helping profession for over 21 years and has worked in a variety of nursing, educational and counselling settings. She is a Registered Nurse, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Saskatchewan. She also, graduated with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, personalized, collaborative, non-judgmental and empowering. Jan draws upon ideas and techniques from various therapeutic modalities. Her work is guided by the unique needs, preferences, and personalities of her clients. Jan strives to encompass the emotional, physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of each client. This assists her in understanding each client in a holistic manner. Everyone has the ability and the right to find the solutions, healing, and growth that is most beneficial for them. She sees her role as that of a guide in this personal process.
Jan is a Clinical Counsellor dedicated to providing a confidential, respectful, and supportive environment for exploring and working through a broad range of personal concerns and challenges. She provides short and long term therapy to adult individuals (age 16 years and older). She also provides couple and/or family counselling as an adjunct to individual therapy.
Beverly Gardner M.A. CPCA Registered Clinical Counsellor ,
Beve Gardner graduated from the University Of Yorkville with an M. A. in Psychology in 2014. Her other education includes a B.F.A. In Film and Video Production and a B.A., in Recreation Administration. Other relevant certificates and courses include Intensive Sex Therapy Course University of Guelph, On (May 2014), Certified Hypnotherapist (NGH) (2017) and Critical Incident Debriefing.
People are complex and various and as a counsellor Beve want to help clients meet their potential as humans. She is very interested in clients who are struggling with sexual issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, and pain management. Beve can help couples work on improving intimacy and/or enhancing their sex life. She also helps individuals who are struggling with sexual dysfunction or addiction and works with individuals who may be struggling with sexual identity issues or dealing with family and societal stigma.
Beve helps clients manage their pain and are struggling with anxiety and depression. Beve uses relaxation, hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis to assist clients in managing mood and pain. Her fitness and lifestyle training is helpful for weight lose, improve body image and fitness levels.
Life experience and education helps her connect with clients on a lot of issues. This combined with her training in counselling techniques facilitates excellent working relationships resulting in clients reaching goals and developing good coping skills.
Dr. Rick Lebell Ph.D. Registered Doctoral Psychologist ,
Dr. Lebell is a registered Psychologist with 25 years experience working in the areas of marriage and family, addictions and mental health (i.e. anxiety and depression). He is the owner of Lebell and Associates and his private practise has been in operation since 1987. Confidentiality and privacy is an important part of his practice. His approach utilizes cognitive behavioural (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Lola Millar MAMFC, APC, CCPS ,
Lola specializes in working with people who struggle with sexual and/or pornography addiction as well as with their partners. She also works with persons who have experienced sexual abuse, rape and/or assault. Mood disorders, addiction, and eating or personality disorders are also areas she can help with. Lola will help you get to the root of the emotions that are controlling your life. If trauma or family dynamics imprison you, no matter what the result, even complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can be overcome. She will support your discovery of a new life.
Lola’s qualifications include a Masters in Marriage and Family Counselling specializing in abuse and addictions and she is an Associate with The Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists #570SK14. Her’s was the first candidacy from studying the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model of the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists to achieve the Certified Clinical Partner Specialist designation, the first in Saskatchewan.
